Acts tells us the church enjoyed the favor of all the people. They must have crossed a line. I suppose it all started when 3000 were saved in one day.
Christian you’re forgetting that the ODM bible leaves out phrases like “The word became flesh and dwelt among them”.

Oh that’s just so vicious.
I am so sick of these people who hide behind their “no comment” blogs…they spout their piece of slander and feel that the “holy spirit” led them to say that or that “God told them” to say it…what a crock!
So in this line of thinking that one who atheist agrees with your enemy, then your enemy is proven to be evil…
Yet,
When you use an atheist to prove how evil your enemy is by agreeing with the atheist… why then are you who agree that the purpose/emergent/semi pelagian/man loving/driven/church is evil not also evil for agreeing with a person who does not believe in God…
IF ANYTHING is shows that those who use the atheist to show how evil their enemy is, are backing godlessness, while God seems to be using Brian McLaren to reach atheists… so we should be praising God!
The thinking continues to be backward to me… yet it never surprises me any more how much bull-pucky flys out of these people mouth in the name of Jesus let alone discernment.
They mock Jesus with about every post and deny His cleansing Blood. Funny thing is they also spit on the blood of the reformers who taught us it is by grace we are saved through faith NOT OF WORKS>.. but they continue to push works… and religion in the place of Jesus.

Speaking of Atheist and Christians, have any of you read the book Jim and Casper go to Church? Jim is a Christian and he takes Casper, an Atheist, around to evaluate large churches. Interesting and short read, Nathan, they went to Mosaic and wrote about it in the book….
