1 Cororinthians 2:1-2 Â Â And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom. 2 For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.
I knew weren’t reading from the same book! I Cororinthians must be the book that holds all the damning evidence agains the evil leaders of the emerging / purpose-driven / postmodern church
A little humor for your day.

What is really funny, is that they posted the guy in the cemetery who was trying ot get all the “dead” people to repent, yet, call for repentance…
Also, I think these guys are stealing from this guy…
I guess he is a better discerner than they are!
I mean I read it over at Oldtruth.com… and on CRN… God does not have a plan or purpose for you once you are saved…
Living the purposeless and plan-less life…

This should be the slogan on brochures for Liberal Arts Colleges.
Iggy – i hope you didn’t pull a muscle patting yourself on the back cause Chris Rosebrough posted that picture on his site back in october 2006.
(note from Phil, the software doesn’t like long url’s pasted directly in comments, so I shorted it.)
Here’s the link.
oh and comparing the graveyard video to calling christians to repent is just silly. the graveyard video was about talking to nonbelievers. last time i read my bible christians are no longer spiritually dead so calling them to repentance makes perfect sense. have you guys ever stopped to think that your anger and hate at the dicernment people makes you say really really dumb things?
Actually, the sign originated here, and it wasn’t even from a real church…
Jim Bublitz seems to think God does not have a wonderful plan for our lives…. why, he sees suffering for Jesus as not that wonderful I guess…
I am glad Paul saw it different.
Part of growth is understanding the purpose of suffering and how one fits in God’s plan that might include that suffering. I see that with the “all will be wonderful” plan that some preach, some ODM’s throw out everything. As a result they now have a God that has no purpose or plan for you once you are saved…

You know that same church had a sign up about me because of something the Catholic church across the street had said on their sign about me. Weird, huh?
Simon,
Duh, that is were I got it from… you see my other site is a “satire”… so when I say it was stolen from “this guy” it was a joke… get it?
I hope you did not hurt yourself slapping your own forehead when you got the joke! LOL!

I got the sign, I did not get the connection to the verse.
