It's the call to do so that engenders the ire of the imams. Do we all have things that we hold to too tightly? Of course. The difference is a willingness to acknowledge it and to live into the awareness. In the imam's world that is compromise and betrayal. I'm sure someone is going to come out of the woodwork to talk about how evil Stan Grenz was now. 1,2,3...
