Is it weird that I’m offended by chocolate crosses, but would at least consider buying a chocolate empty tomb?

I’m not sure why this is.

maybe a little weird. As long as the cross is empty, it does not offend me. For that is what it is–empty. Now, a cross like the Catholic crucifix? That would offend me.

I do not celebrate easter, however isn’t communion like eating the cross (asit were) ? And why didn’t our Lord include some object lesson in the communion that would depict the empty tomb? Jesus did not ask the Father to let the resurrection pass; He asked to let the cross pass.

I believe the cross was the hardest thing God ever did, but the resurrection was “easy” compared with His sufferings.

BTW – Chocolate is bad for you. :)

If it was a chocolate tomb it must be hollow.
