Neil is on the staff of a nondenominational evangelical church in Northeast Ohio. As such he is responsible for the missions program of the church as well as a host of administrative and network duties. He holds a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, and is ABD on a D.Min from Gordon-Conwell. Neil has been in the ministry since 1991.
